Validity of the conditions of sale
The terms and conditions of sale apply between the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Consumer) and the company Anasis OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Online Shop pet.ee) when purchasing goods and services.
In addition to these terms and conditions, legal relations arising from the purchase of products from the pet.ee online store are governed by the Law of Obligations Act (hereinafter LOA), the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter CPA) and other legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
Online shop pet.ee reserves the right to make changes to the conditions of sale. These changes will be reflected on pet.ee.
Goods and price information.
The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Shop. The prices of the products sold in the online shop are indicated with the products in euro and include VAT at 20%. The price includes a fee for delivery of the goods except in case the customer comes to pick up the goods himself at the address Ringi tee 13, Jüri, warehouse 7. The delivery fee depends on the quantity of goods and the delivery method. The delivery charge will be displayed to the buyer when placing the order. Information about the goods is provided on the Online Shop directly next to the goods.

Placing an order
To place an order, you need to add the desired products to your shopping cart. To place an order, you need to fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The amount of the fee is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid through the Montonio payment solution or as a euro payment in banks using another payment solution. The contract enters into force from the date of receipt of the amount due in the online shop’s bank account. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for some other reason, the buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be returned without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
Date of entry into force of the sales contract:
With the sales contract, pet.ee undertakes to deliver the existing goods to the consumer and to enable the transfer of ownership to the consumer, while the consumer undertakes to pay pet.ee the amount indicated on the invoice and to accept the goods.
Orders that have not been paid for will be cancelled 1 day after the order has been placed.
The sales contract enters into force once the payment made by the consumer has been credited to the online shop’s bank account.
After the sales contract has entered into force, pet.ee will bundle the order and hand it over to the company’s logistics partner for delivery. if the customer has chosen to collect the goods himself. In this case, the bundled order will be held in stock until the customer arrives. Goods are shipped to Estonia. Shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Outside Estonia delivery is by agreement.
The customer can pick up the goods himself at Ringi tee 13, Ladu 7, Jüri 75301. The delivery of the ordered products will take place from 12.00 on the working day following the day the order is placed and paid for.
The delivery deadlines indicated on the website of the e-shop are valid from the moment the order amount is credited to the bank account of the e-shop.
In order to ensure prompt delivery, care must be taken to provide accurate and valid delivery details when placing your order.
The online shop pet.ee is not liable for the delay in the delivery of the goods if the goods have been delivered to the logistics partners on time, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances that the online shop pet.ee could not influence or foresee.
Right of withdrawal
After receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the e-contract within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person. In order to benefit from the 14-day right of return, the goods ordered may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in the same way as is allowed for testing the goods in a physical shop. If the goods have been used for a purpose other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if the goods show signs of use or wear, the Online Shop has the right to reduce the refundable fee in accordance with the reduction in the value of the goods. In order to return the goods, you must submit a withdrawal form and send it by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for returning the goods is that they do not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. wrong or defective goods). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within that period. Upon receipt of the goods to be returned, the online shop will return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal, all payments received from the buyer under the contract. The online shop may refuse to make refunds until it has received the goods that are the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that it has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Online Shop, the Online Shop is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the cost that exceeds the cost of the usual delivery method. The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online shop is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.
Processing of personal data:
By entering the data in the online shop and with the corresponding confirmation, the consumer gives the right to collect and process the consumer’s personal data (name, contact telephone number, delivery and/or home address, e-mail address) and to transmit personal data to the logistics partner for the delivery of the goods.
The online shop pet.ee has the right to use the consumer’s home or location address to send advertising and other information to the consumer.
The consumer has the right at any time to object to the collection and use of his/her personal data, unless this is necessary for the recovery of a contractual claim or the delivery of goods.
The use of electronic personal data for direct mail will only take place if the consumer has given his or her explicit consent on pet.ee.
Encrypted communication with banks when paying for purchases ensures the security of the consumer’s personal banking details, which are not accessible by the online shop.
The Merchant is the controller of personal data, the Merchant transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the following authorized processors: Montonio Finance OÜ.
The online shop is liable for any non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer. In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online shop within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to email@example.com or by calling 56 606 134. The online shop is not liable for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer. If the goods purchased from the Online Shop have defects for which the Online Shop is responsible, the Online Shop will repair or replace the defective goods. In the event that the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online shop will reimburse the buyer for all the fees related to the sales contract. The online shop will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
The consumer’s right to appeal to the Consumer Complaints Commission
If the Online Store has refused to resolve the consumer’s complaint or the consumer does not agree with the solution offered by the Online Store and considers that his rights have been violated or his interests have been harmed, the consumer may submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Commission through the Consumer Protection Board or to court. Consumers can complain themselves or through a representative.
